At CAMPROS CP®, we are dedicated to providing the ultimate family camping experience. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our large-scale tents and outdoor gear, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your tent or gear must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Brand Quality Assurance

We pride ourselves on the structural integrity and premium quality of our tents and outdoor shelters. If you encounter any manufacturing defects related to hardware, zippers, or fabric construction, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@camprosbase.com

Our support team aims to respond to all defect claims within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays), with a daily cutoff time of 5:00 PM PT for same-business-day processing.

Designated Return Shipping Address

To streamline our returns process, all authorized returns must be shipped to our California return center at the following address:

Important Note: Please do not send your purchase back to our fulfillment warehouses or our corporate headquarters before contacting us. Every return must be pre-approved by our customer service team to ensure proper tracking and a faster refund process.

Return Shipping Responsibility & Restocking Fee
  • Quality/Manufacturing Defects: We cover all return shipping costs to our designated return center.
  • Change of Mind Returns: The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees to our California warehouse.
  • Restocking Fee: CAMPROS CP charges a $0 restocking fee on all eligible returns.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned tent at our California return center, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
